Compass2Career aims to support you, as Master’s students, in developing your skills in the areas of research, teaching and knowledge transfer. To this end, you will be integrated into existing team structures at the faculties of HTWK Leipzig as research assistants and gain comprehensive insights into academic life at the university. The aim is to spark your interest and curiosity in a career in academia and to clearly outline the steps required to pursue such a career.
Our programme connects you with a professorship: as a research assistant, you will support professors in both research projects and teaching. In doing so, you will deepen your academic skills, discover potential career paths in academia and gain valuable insights into the role of a professor at a university of applied sciences.
